SHIPPING FEES
- In Denmark : Free shipping for all orders.
- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly indicated at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 10:00 AM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

RETURN POLICY
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or does not match the description. In such cases, Nnaylo will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are made via the original payment method.
RESTOCKING FEES
- No Restocking Fees: Nnaylo does not charge restocking fees for returns.
RETURN FEES
- For Defective Products: No fees for the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the courier, or has another defect.
- For Personal Convenience Returns: Return fees will be the customer’s responsibility. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not match, or they no longer want it.
